     Wszyscy powoli wracamy do własnej rzeczywistości po kilku dniach w świecie bajki o modzie. Fashion Week Poland ledwie się zakończył, a ja już marzę o kolejnej edycji. Z każdym rokiem to wydarzenie zauważalnie rozwija się, stawiając sobie poprzeczkę wyżej z każdą edycją. Nie chodzi jedynie o lepsze kolekcje projektantów, ale samą publiczność, która w końcu stała się obłędnie kolorowa, przystrojona w najlepsze piórka, jakie ma w szafach. Bardzo mi tego brakowało w poprzednich edycjach, i mam nadzieję, że to zasługa rozwijającego się trendu nota bene modo-blogów. Organizacyjnie nadal daleko nam do Berlina czy Londynu, ale polski Tydzień Mody to świeże wydarzenie. Potrzeba czasu  i doświadczenia na zauważenie wszystkich problemów, ale wiem jedno, obrany został dobry kierunek!
      Zaczęło się w czwartek, tradycyjnie od pokazów OFF Out of Schedule. Kolekcje Off są połączeniem ready-to-wear z premiere vision. Są krótsze od kolekcji prezentowanych w Alei Projektantów, jednak offowe pokazy wiążą się z elementem zaskoczenia, są nowatorskie i nieprzewidywalne. Muzyka jest oryginalna, a same kolekcje balansują na granicy sztuki, kiczu i high-fashion. W tym roku najbardziej podobały mi się pokazy IMA-MAD, Jakuba Pieczarkowskiego i Jarka Ewerta. Ogromne zainteresowanie wzbudził performance, jaki przygotował dla publiczności Alexis&Pony. Kobieta w złotym kombinezonie ze świńską głową odprawiała rytualny taniec na masce samochodu. Było to dzikie, namiętne, erotycznie zwierzęce. I chociaż kolekcja duetu była niespójna, i w moim przekonaniu nieciekawa, to jednak właśnie o nich mówiło się najwięcej. IMA-MAD pokazali bardzo kobiece sety. Kolekcję raczej delikatną, z pewnym demonicznym akcentem w postaci czarnych wianków na głowach modelek, wprowadzających przepiękny kontrast. U Jakuba Pieczarkowskiego zachwyciły mnie szeleszczące, plastikowe materiały, które w połączeniu z klasycznymi formami, nadały ubraniom nową, o wiele lepszą, bo ciekawszą jakość. Uwielbiam tego typu balans na granicy starego i nowego, szczególnie jeśli dzieje się to na życzenie dobrego gustu projektanta. Myślę, że warto jeszcze wspomnieć Jarosława Ewerta, u którego niekwestionowana jest inspiracja Alexandrem McQueenem, zarówno w kolekcji, jak i samej aranżacji pokazu. Udało mi się nakręcić końcową minutę pokazu, zawierającą wszystkie stroje oraz fragment muzycznej oprawy. Hope You enjoy! 
     Od piątku rozpoczęły się pokazy bardziej luksusowej części Fashion Week, czyli Alei Projektantów. Pierwszym, i w moim przekonaniu jednym z najlepszych pokazów okazała się kolekcja Moniki Błażusiak. Utrzymana w surowej biało-srebrno-beżowej kolorystyce, bardziej kojarzyła mi się z ekskluzywnym kurortem w dobiegającym końca lecie, niż sezonem jesień-zima. Niemniej kolekcja była niezwykle przemyślana, spójna i ciekawa. Z zapartym tchem czekałam na kolejne modelki. Moją uwagę w szczególności przykuły buty autorstwa Błażusiak. Mają piękną, płynną linię, i bardzo interesującą formę koturny połączonej z obcasem. Nie jest to z pewnością żadna wielka nowość, ale po raz pierwszy widziałam to w tak harmonijnym i zwyczajnie dopasowanym połączeniu. Na wrażenie spójności kolekcji oprócz jednakowego obuwia wpłynęły również naszyjniki. Musiały zostać skradzione Królowej Śniegu! Jeśli zastanawiają Was "mokre" włosy modelek, to wyjaśnię od razu, że ich głowy były usiane błyszczącymi jak chrom spinkami. Jak to mówią, diabeł tkwi w szczegółach.
     Moim osobistym objawieniem Designer Avenue była Pitchouguina. Pamiętam jej kolekcję sprzed dwu laty, pokazaną jeszcze na Offie. Wtedy widziałam potencjał. Teraz był zachwyt. Niesamowity profesjonalizm widoczny od otwarcia pokazu, i przepiękne jesienne kolory, które z pewnością zagoszczą w mojej szafie tej jesieni. Bez kombinowania, przepychu i udziwnień, proste w formie, gotowe do noszenia fasony. Zazwyczaj moim pierwszym zarzutem do kolekcji jest brak nowatorstwa. Tej kolekcji można to zarzucić, nie ma w niej niczego nad wyraz kreatywnego, w moim przekonaniu jednak na tego typu krytykę Pitchouguina nie zasługuje. Z prostego powodu; nie każda kolekcja musi być odkryciem i oceanem planktonu nowych trendów. Niektóre kolekcje po prostu są dobre, i chce się je oglądać w nieskończoność, a później nosić. I to był taki pokaz. Zwyczajnie niezwyczajny, gotowy do założenia. Zresztą mam wrażenie, że wszyscy byśmy wyglądali pięknie w ubraniach z metką Pitchouguiny. Czy to nie największa przewaga?
     Oprócz pokazów kręciłam się również po showroomach, jednym z moich ulubionych stoisk była księgarnia Buka Zła. Mnóstwo książek o modzie i o sztuce, moja mała kraina uciech ziemskich. Nie ukrywam, ciężko mi było rozstać się z Buką, ale przez resztę dni zazdrośnie tam spoglądałam. Innym miejscem które odwiedzałam najczęściej był showroom ekskluzywnego vintage shopu, obfitującego w torebki YSL, Azzaro czy buty Galliano. Showroomy to fantastyczne targowisko próżności mody, to jak ciągła wystawa różnych projektantów.
     Tak, Fashion Week to najlepsza bajka o modzie jaką pisze polska kultura. Cieszę się, że po raz kolejny mogłam być między jej wierszami, i poczuć powiew prawdziwego świata mody. Póki co odkładam te wspomnienia na półkę, ale w październiku je odkurzę, i dodam nowe.

     We all slowly coming back to our own reality after a few days in the world of fairy tale of fashion. Fashion Week Poland barely ended, and I'm already dreaming about the next edition. Every year this event grows noticeably, placing the bar higher with every edition. It is not just about better designers' collections, but a whole audience that finally became the insanely colorful, clothed in the best feathers which has in closets. I have really missed it in previous editions, and it seems that this is due to the growing trend of, nota-bene, fashion blogs. Organizationally, we are still far to Berlin or London, but the Polish Fashion Week is a fresh event. It needs time and experience to spot all the problems, but I know one thing, it got the right direction!
     It started on Thursday, traditionally with the show OFF Out of Schedule. Off collections are the combination of ready-to-wear with the premiere vision. They are shorter than the collections presented in the Designers Avenue, however, off-shows are associated with the element of surprise, are innovative and unpredictable. The music is original, and show is a balance on the border of art, kitsch and high-fashion. This year I liked mostly shows of IMA-MAD's, Jakub Pieczarkowski's and Jarek Ewert's. The great interest aroused the performance, which was prepared for the audience by fashion duo Alexis & Pony. A woman in a gold suit with a pig-head mask on her head, made an ritual celebrating  dance on the hood of the car. It was wild, passionate, and erotic in an animal way. And although the duo's collection was inconsistent, and in my opinion, boring, because of that odd performance, also was mostly mentioned off-show. IMA-MAD exhibited very feminine sets. The collection was rather delicate, with some demonic accent; a black wreaths on models' heads, introducing a beautiful contrast. Jakub Pieczarkowski impressed me with rustling, plastic fabrics, which combined with conventional forms gave the clothes a new, much better, because more interesting quality. I love that kind of balance on the border of old and new, especially when it is at the request of the good taste of the designer. I think it is worth to mention Jaroslaw Ewert, which show beyond doubt was inspired by Alexander McQueen, both in collection, and the arrangement of the show. I managed to film the final minute of the show, containing all the costumes and the musical part of arrangement. Hope you enjoy!     Friday began the shows of more luxurious part of Fashion Week, which was the Designers Avenue. The first, and I think one of the best shows was a collection of Monika Blazusiak. Kept in raw white - silver - beige colors, reminded me more an exclusive resort in the late summer, rather than the autumn-winter season. However, the collection was very well thought out, coherent and interesting. With bated breath I waited for the next model. My attention was particularly caught by Blazusiak's shoes. They have a beautiful, flowing line, and very interesting form; combined with heel and the wedge. It is certainly not a big news, but for the first time I saw this combination in such a harmonious and just fitted way. In addition to a feeling of collection's uniform influenced beyond the  footwear also necklaces. They absolutely must have been stolen from the Snow White! If you are considering an origin of "wet" models' hair, I rush to explain that their heads were studded with shiny as chrome clips. As they say, the devil is in the details.
     My personal revelation of Designer Avenue was Pitchouguina. I remember her collection two years ago, shown on the Off. I saw then the potential. Now it was a total delight. Incredible professionalism apparent from the opening of the show, and beautiful fall colors, which certainly will be hosted in my closet this autumn. Without combining the pomp and frills, simple in form, ready to wear fashions. Usually, my first objection to the collection is the lack of innovation. This collection can be criticized this way, there was nothing extremely creative in it. Anyway I believe this type of criticism Pitchouguina does not deserve for a simple reason' not every collection must be the discovery an ocean with the plankton of new trends. Some collections are simply good, and want to watch them forever, and then wear it. That was such a show. Simply unusual, ready to set up. Anyway, I have a feeling that we would all look beautiful in the clothes tagged Pitchouguina's name. Is not that the greatest advantage?
    Besides the shows I was doing well in the showrooms, one of my favorite booths was the bookstore "Bad Buka" . Lots of fashion and art books, my little realm of earthly pleasures. I must admit it was hard for me to part with beech, but the rest of the days there I looked jealously. Another place that I visited often, was the showroom of an exclusive vintage shop, abounding in handbags by YSL, Azzaro or Galliano's shoes. Showrooms were the fantastic vanity fair of fashion, like a constant exhibition of various designers.     Yes, Fashion Week is the best story that polish culture writes about fashion. I am glad that I could once again be between the lines, and feel the breeze of the real world of fashion. For now, I put these memories on the shelf, but in October I'll vacuum them, and I'll add new ones.
